As the complex itself only contains a small number of apartments, a short walk up the foyer staircase (two flights of stairs) is required to reach the property.

As a self-contained apartment, keys are accessed through a contactless method from a lockbox off-site which is a 4 minute walk or 1 minute drive from the apartment building. Check-in is any time after 2pm and by following the directions in our guidebook, you are free to help yourself!
If you require car parking, we will be pleased to offer you a remote for access to the designated car parking located on the ground floor of the building for $15 per day. The parking within the building is limited so we may have to provide it off site, 100m up the road.
Please be aware that this apartment building complex is a mixed residential/student/short-term accommodation use building. Students, professionals, and guests like yourself reside in the building.
All bookings require a $250 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after full inspection of the property upon check out. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items and no excessive cleaning is required.
