On a sunny morning, open up the curtains and enjoy the natural light beaming in from the floor-to-ceiling windows. To bring the outdoors in, open up the sliding glass doors which cover two entire walls, and savour the breeze.
While the downstairs has the open plan living area of dreams, a walk-through laundry, and a small half bathroom off to the side, the upstairs includes two modest-sized bedrooms, the main bathroom, and a huge master suite featuring a beautiful ensuite with a bathtub. Both bathrooms feature large rainfall shower heads, floor-to-ceiling tiles, and plenty of natural light.
The bedrooms all fit with spacious wardrobes and also have large windows to help bring in fresh air and natural light. The ensuite is the most special of all three bedrooms as it features a double-height ceiling, remotely operated shutters, a high-tech ceiling fan, and best of all, a super luxurious king-size bed.
Providing only the best professionally laundered linen and using disinfectant cleaning products, our trained cleaners will prepare the apartment to impeccable standard.
You will be asked to agree to a standard terms and conditions form upon booking. We are unable to list it directly here. You may be asked to provide your ID and proof of payment before check-in. Should you have any issues with the T&Cs you may cancel immediately free of charge.
We have recently updated the furniture so photos may not match every single piece of furniture in the property.
We offer free cleaning of the apartment (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance.
We allow cats and/or dogs only. Per the listing, an extra damage deposit of $250 per pet applies, and only pets up to 10kg are allowed inside. The sheet(s) provided must remain on the couch(es) for protection. Any pets over 10kg must be kept outside.
All bookings require a $250 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after a full inspection of the property upon checkout. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items, and no excessive cleaning is required.
There is a king bed, a queen bed, the third bedroom has a firm king single day bed (IKEA Flotebbo bed), and the fourth bed is an inflatable queen EURO bed set up in the living room.
To help keep our prices as low as possible, we make up the beds according to the number of guests booked.
1-2 guests > 1 king bed
3-4 guests > 1 king bed + 1 queen bed
5-6 guests > 1 king bed + 1 queen bed + 1 inflatable queen euro bed
7 guests > 1 king bed + 1 queen bed + 1 inflatable queen euro bed + 1 king single day bed
If you require extra bedding, there is a small fee to cover the cost of linen ($10).
